God’s money is sacred

God’s money is sacred.

Rev Dr John Avanzini spoke strongly in his offering message “My child, remember this, God’s money, you must not touch!”  That was really a prophetic warning from our Holy Spirit spoken through John. Deep inside my heart and soul, I acknowledged these words as Union of the Holy message ever since the day I was reborn on 7 Dec 2007. This happened during one of the Asia Conference session by our City Harvest Church  in Expo Hall 8.

There is a saying “Money is the source of all evil.” That is far from truth if wrongly understood. Money in itself is not evil. It is kind of funny, if that is true, then whoever holds the money can become evil. Everybody needs to hold and use money for their daily necessity and needs. In another word, money can be used for doing good deeds or evil. There are people who used money to do good to help the poor, while there are others who used money to do evil such as hire assassins to kill people, drug money or even to support terrorism. There is another way of looking at it, how do you obtain the money? Heard of the saying “Dirty money” which mostly associates with money obtained from providing sexual services, drug dealing, and money laundering and all sort of illegal way of obtaining money like bribery etc.  If  you do proper decent business and get pay cheque from your employer, that is “clean money”.

Why God’s money is sacred and ultimate consequences of cheating or touching it?

God’s money is to be set aside for HIS Kingdom building. NOT for personal gain or use.

Ananias and Sapphira struck dead by God for lying and cheating God’s money.

In Acts 5:1-2. At first read, it may appear that Ananias and Sapphira’s sin was that they did not give all the money to the apostles, but rather kept some for themselves. As we read on and study Peter’s response, we will see that the sin came about because they misrepresented how much they had been paid for the property. They had the right to keep back whatever they chose and to give to apostles whatever they chose, but instead they lied and claimed that they were giving all the proceeds from the sale to the church. Notice that Sapphira knew exactly what was going on; this was not something that her husband was doing behind her back. Why did they do this? They wanted to seem more pious and spiritual and generous than they really were, by claiming they had given all the money, instead of just a portion.

Remember, there were two people involved in this deceit. Now we’ll read Sapphira’s story. As God is just, He confronts Ananias and Sapphira separately, so that each may be judged on their own actions, not on the actions of their spouse.

Read Acts 5:7. I found this verse to be very fascinating – the woman’s husband dies, is buried, and no one goes to find her to tell her what happened! I think this had to be the work of the Holy Spirit, speaking through Peter, though it is not specifically recorded here. I think Peter (or another apostle) would have made some sort of announcement to the crowd commanding them not to tell Sapphira what had happened.

Read Acts 5:8. Here Sapphira is tested and oh, how easily she could have escaped her husband’s fate! Peter is blunt and to the point. All she needed to have done was to tell the truth. Before all those witnesses, however, as well as before God, she chose to lie.

Read Acts 5:9. Notice what Peter says: “to test the Spirit of the Lord!” When she lied to Peter, she was lying to God’s representative, which meant she lied to God. I know lying of any sort (though we all do it, most of the time not even meaning to) is a sin, but I think lying to a spiritual authority over us is particularly grievous, since that person represents God on earth.

Ultimate consequence of taking God’s money is dire.

Not all people will suffer greatly for doing so because God is merciful and sinners should not take God’s grace for granted!  Remember Judas who betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silvers? His ultimate destiny was death by suicide.

John 12:1-7 tells of how the Lord was anointed with some very expensive perfume by Mary, sister of Martha and Lazarus. We know that as Judas witnessed this event, he objected, saying, “Why wasn’t this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year’s wages” [three hundred denarii in Greek]. We know that Judas was not concerned with the poor and that he was a thief, because verse 6 tells us so. “He did not say this because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief; as keeper of the money bag, he used to help himself to what was put into it.”

John 12:3 tell us that the other disciples apparently had no idea that Judas was dipping his hand into the group’s “treasury.” Some secret sins today, in the same way, can be kept secret for a long time. Sometimes even those who know us best—husband, wife, family member, co-worker, close friend—have no idea what is going on.

Matthew says he returned to the priests to give them back their money, but they refused to listen to him, so Judas hanged himself in despair.

Jesus knew beforehand He would be betrayed and who the betrayer would be. Long before it happened, even before it entered Judas’ heart to do so, Jesus called the traitor a devil, although not naming him explicitly (see Jn. 6:64,70-71). In Matthew 26:20, Jesus revealed to Judas that He knew what he intended to do. Knowing what a person will do, however, is not the same as causing him to do it. Therefore, Judas still had a choice and was not powerless in the matter.

Since Lord Jesus is God, all knowing and omniscient, why he didn’t stop Judas from taking money?

Remember that Jesus is as human as everyone and he had already told his disciples that he will only do what Father God had revealed to HIM. Thus Judas behavior wasn’t revealed to HIM so as the prophecy could be fulfilled, else Lord Jesus would had rebuked Judas in the same manner as Peter as HE loved all HIS disciples.

Jesus clearly and repeatedly indicated that He is not the one who “calls the shots”.

John 14:31 “the world must learn that I love the Father and that I do exactly what my Father has commanded me.”

John 7:16  “Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from him who sent me.”

Is it because that Lord Jesus already knew that the prophecy has to happen, that’s why he didn’t rebuke and stop Judas?

As can be seen in the NT, only John wrote in this manner that Judas had been taking money. More likely that he is only one who knew about this but didn’t inform Lord Jesus about it. It is very strange though that certain thing are allowed to happen to fulfill God’s prophecy. Rev Dr A.R. Bernard once said “God will allow things to happen as long as benefits outweight consequences.”

The 30 pieces of silver paid to Judas for the betrayal of Jesus (Matthew 26:14-15) is understood to have been prophesied in Zechariah 11:12: “So they weighed out for my wages thirty pieces of silver.”

The last chapter in Judas’ life is written in Matthew 27. “Early in the morning, all the chief priests and elders of the people came to a decision to put Jesus to death. They bound him, led him away and handed him over to Pilate, the governor. When Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty silver coins to the chief priests and the elders. ‘I have sinned,’ he said, for I have betrayed innocent blood.’ ‘What’ is that to us’? they replied. ‘That’s your responsibility.'” So Judas threw the money into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.”

How must God’s money be treated since it is sacred?

God’s money must be handle with care in correct manner like the Ark of Covenant.  We use the real happening of Uzzah’s death to explain in clarity.

2 Samuel 6:6-7 “ But when they came to the threshing floor of Nacon, Uzzah reached out for the Ark of Covenant and grasped it, for the oxen had stumbled. The LORD was incensed at Uzzah. And God struck him down on the spot for his indiscretion, and he died there beside the Ark of God.”

However, a close reading of the text supports just the opposite: Uzzah was likely killed for NOT correcting his priesthood leaders, who themselves were not following the scriptures. This conclusion is based on three items in the text:

1. King David, not Uzzah, was the responsible party, was in error, and later admits it.

2. Uzzah’s did what his leaders asked him to do, rather than what the scriptures said he should do, both in moving the ark, and in keeping it from falling. Thus, Uzzah’s core error was following his priesthood/political leaders rather than the scriptures.

3. Underlings were often killed for a king’s misbehavior, further supporting the idea that David, not Uzzah, was at fault; the Lord’s actions were meant primarily as a lesson for David.

Mal 3:10 “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

Which means the money that was originally set aside for God is sacred, you can only take and use the money that is being overflowed out of the storeroom. If you had taken money or touch the money in the storeroom, than miracle will not happened. As a matter of fact based on biblical economics, such immense blessing doesn’t need anyone to touch the money that was pledged in the storehouse (symbolically for money kept in the bank).  Certainly, the blessings of overflowing may not happen overnight but may takes time and Christian to be patience and wait for God’s provision to happen at HIS right timing and place.

The problem is some Christian did not wait for God’s provision for the funding and they go ahead and do funding that maybe illegal in that country. Yes, it is no doubt that one maybe doing God’s  will but the problem is that the method of getting the funding maybe illegal and God could had let the event happen and even bless the occasion with many souls saved but bottom-line is that it didn’t follow God’s plan. Moreover, every country has their own law and all citizens must abide by the laws as also written in the Bible. Doing self provision without waiting for God’s provision is an act of lack in faith and disobedience.

Yes, the Church can defend themselves that they are doing this for a good cause but still it is breaking of the local that is punishable.

King David did not keep the money  set aside for himself but to built God’s temple.  Just before King David died, he gave his son, Solomon, gold, silver and treasure that he had set aside for the building of the Temple, and then crowned him King. In the fourth year of his reign, Solomon began to build the Temple.

In the whole saga that is still ongoing when this article is being published, our Holy Spirit had revealed to me that the article that I had written as inspired by HIM “Cutting the Rope” 27th July 2008 is the true parable prophetic of the event.  Part of the prophecy had already been fulfilled. The group that is pulling everyone else down had been cut loose themselves.

Matthew 6:24 (NLT) “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

Fit and proper Leader

How this article title come about.

LeaderI kept on thanking Father God Jesus for the new job HE had arranged for me. It was really a miracle for me.  This year August 2012 was my 1 year anniversary of being graduated from SOT 2011. In actual fact, I had forgotten that I had told my mother-in-law that I probably will be working in church after graduation to justify for my decision to a quit telesales job. I had actually forgotten about my “assurance”. By the way, my mother-in-law suffered stroke during sleep and is still in comatose. My wife’s cousin whom I had not seen for almost 30 years, flown from Australia and he told me that he was informed by mother-in-law that I studied SOT to be a Pastor. My mother-in-law was really serious about my promise that I will work in church. He came to Singapore to pray with me for mother-in-law’s recovery and also his wife received words   from our Lord Jesus “that the work had been done.” I confirmed the status to them that it was so on that faithful Monday when I prayed as prompted by our Holy Spirit. On that day, the doctor had showed us the scan that she had suffered blood clog and is as good as brain dead but Lord Jesus healed her as I prayed for her, speak-in-tongue and interpreted my own tongue. She is now at her home, but eyes still cannot open though she is very conscious of things happening around her and can respond to our question and sometime mutter a few words.

So, one day as I was doing my routine web design job, I complained to Lord Jesus in prayer that it had been 1 year since I had graduated from SOT, the church is not accommodating in anywhere that could lead me to work in church. Then my prayer was answer with couple of revelations, it seems that the church is very much system run and many criteria must be met before anyone can work in church, must be recommended by CGL which is subjective to one’s opinion, certain level of qualification and perhaps number of years serving in ministry. Then once I have this knowledge understood, our Holy Spirit prompted me to apply for a job in one of the internet portal. I submitted about 8 entries. Then on the same day, I received one phone interview and then next day a call to go for a job interview. Praise the Lord! I got the job but I have to retake my M5 exam. Well, I had to read the notes couple of times, and practice the mock exam, repeat about 5 times. It was quite stressful because my exam was only 5 days away. Then as I read the notes and took the mock exam and also at the actual exam day, the words “Fit and proper” kept appearing. It is some kind of revelations. And I really prayed about it and somehow, my senior partner coached me and informed me that this is the message our Lord wanted me to convey to church people. So here am I writing this article “Fit and proper leader.”

What is the criteria to be a Fit and proper Cell Group Leader?

1.  God fearing.

You must be God fearing in order to do God’s work else you will be only listening to man and the worst enemy, the worst man that you feared the most is your own voice. The old man that is living inside of you. Ever since the day of fallen Adam, this “old man” that is inside is being subject to the ruler of this earthly generation. Learn from the example of King Saul and King David. Both of them committed sins. But why the different end result, one forgiven and the other was not?

King Saul  disobey God by sparing the life of Agag , King of Amalek. 1 Sam 15:24 “And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.”

King David committed adultery and murder and later repented.  2 Samuel 12:13  “Then David confessed to Nathan, “I have sinned against the LORD.” Nathan replied, “Yes, but the LORD has forgiven you, and you won’t die for this sin.”

The answer is this King Saul disobeys God’s direct command while King David commits sins but he repented. It would seem that disobeying God’s direct command is a very severe sin than man sin. We thus need leader who are God fearing and obeying or else this leader would be listening only to people because he is just like King Saul; people fearing and pleaser.

Proverbs 1:7 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;  fools despise wisdom and instruction.”

2.  Good shepherd

Guide, teach and protect his sheep. Clearly if you are a good shepherd, your members will listen to your voice and have complete trust in you because, they know that you will even lay down your life for them. Unfortunately leaders who are “System based” won’t even do the minor insignificant thing for their members. They are in the opposite end. They expect members to fit their system before they are willing to be their shepherd. They became the “hired shepherd” only as depicted in this part of the bible, they won’t care much about the sheep. Although this type of  leader shepherd don’t work only for money but they do work for their face saving or status, they will not hesitate to dismiss any member who don’t fit their system criteria.

The leader must have the interest of each member at heart. Care to spent time to get to know the individual better. If possible participate in their life. Even dialogue with them in social media. Have the gift of wisdom and discerning ability. To know the needs of members without being told. Leader cannot be playing doctor. That is how doctor see patient, they would ask the patient “What’s wrong with you.” It is really a funny practice where the sick person have to tell doctor of what sickness they have instead of the doctor giving the examination and tells them what’s wrong with them. Leader should have the ability to receive the Gift of knowledge combined with other spiritual gifts to help their members.

John 10:11-21 (NLT)  “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep.  A hired hand will run when he sees a wolf coming. He will abandon the sheep because they don’t belong to him and he isn’t their shepherd. And so the wolf attacks them and scatters the flock. The hired hand runs away because he’s working only for the money and doesn’t really care about the sheep. “I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me, just as my Father knows me and I know the Father. So I sacrifice my life for the sheep. I have other sheep, too, that are not in this sheepfold. I must bring them also. They will listen to my voice, and there will be one flock with one shepherd.”

View this video, the father sacrificed his life so that his son and daughter can live. The grievous mistake was someone dropped the money bag.

3.  Support and help member fulfill their God’s given vision.

It would be very damaging if church appoint a leader themselves never receive direct vision or dream from Father God Jesus. They will very unlikely able to envisage or believe the visions of their members, but instead they became “Jacob, the vision killer”. It is very dangerous to have this type of leader because they set a very bad example for the others to follow. Let’s take a look at Joseph’s story.

In Joseph’s second dream, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to him (Gen. 37:9). He told this second dream to his brothers and his father. Joseph’s father said: “Do you expect your whole family to come and bow down before you?” Genesis 37:10 “So he told it to his father and his brothers; and his father rebuked him and said to him, “What is this dream that you have dreamed? Shall your mother and I and your brothers indeed come to bow down to the earth before you?” Later on, Joseph’s brothers hated him even more and plotted to kill him but didn’t, instead sold him as slave.  Here were two problems to this issue :-

1.  Jacob (symbolic meaning of Spiritual leader) did not believe that the dream Joseph had is from God. If he had, he would had support and help Joseph fulfill his dream. Unfortunately he became a dream/vision killer, rebuked Joseph of his dream. Joseph being a innocence as a naive child shared his God’s given dream hoping that his father can help him understand the dream or even help him fulfill his dream but unfortunately not only was he being rebuked, his action leads to another problem.

2.  Jacob’s action thus encouraged the other brothers to hate him more and justify their right to do evil to Joseph.

We need leader who themselves had personally received visions and dreams from Father God Jesus. This should be the concrete proof that he or she is Holy Spirit filled and will definitely move in accordance with the Holy Spirit. Only those who are born of Spirit will understand spiritual things. 1 Cort 2:14 “But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means.” In addition, the leader must be a visioneer and has good habit of keeping records of visions even though it maybe insignificant as most of the vision is given in parts. (Read my article “One man’s vision is another man’s illusion” to understand) He will diligently obey the command of the bible as stated in Habakkuk 2:2 “And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.”

4.  Practice God’s equal love, do not practice favoritism.

Matthew 22:37-40Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Here Lord Jesus speaks of the two parallel beam of love, vertically loving God, horizontally loving people. Only if there is upward loving of God then there is infilling of God’s love and the horizontal beam is the equal sign with open end that allows love to flow eastward and westward to all people surrounding the individual. The pyramid love is in non existence! Do you reward and love only those who pleases you? Do love only those who loves you and at arm’s length? Be clear about yourself, God’s love is not like that!  “For if you love those who love you, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet  your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? Therefore you shall be perfect. Just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:46-48 Click link below to read and understand fully.

James 2:1 “My brothers, as believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ, don’t show favoritism.”

James 2:9  “But if you show favoritism, you sin and are convicted by the law as lawbreakers.”

http://esharingportal.com/favouritism-is-bad.html

5.  Ethical in his dealing.

Matthew 5:37 “Just say a simple, ‘Yes, I will,’ or ‘No, I won’t.’ Anything beyond this is from the evil one.”

Leaders must be honest in his or her dealing. Let the “Yes” be “Yes” and “No” be “No”.  Leader not only must be truthful, honest but also decisive in his or her dealing because as the bible had stated, anything other than the “yes” or “no” is from the evil one. I think it is hard for some leader to understand. When members propose or suggest something, they are sincere and gives due respect, looking up upon leaders and serious about. They expect the leader to provide an answer. Members who are pro-active and creative will not hesitate to propose ideas. Some of these suggestions could be mooted by our Holy Spirit and we all know very well that the devil knew that he has little time on earth and he is all out to destroy God’s work. Leaders who are not moving in Spirit will be influenced by the devil to keep quiet about any good proposal. Why? Because they are very self-centered, and the devil gave them pride such that they think that they have the best solution and system in place. Any input from member, they would just shrug off without giving an “yes” or “no” answer and little did he know, he is preventing the work of God from being carried out. The member felt had been somehow betrayed. And there had been cases of members’ idea being stolen.

Also leader maybe biased to people whom they like more and chances is that they will be quick to approve their suggestion or ideas. This tantamount to the practice of favoritism.

In addition, from what I learned in M5 notes, there are 3 criteria for “Fit and proper test”, though these are criteria set by MAS for relevant person to be consider for the financial job, we can use for biblical principle :-

1)  Honesty, integrity and good reputation.

2)  Competent and capability.

3)  Financial soundness.

In summary, Loving God and people fervently.  Only than On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Matthew 22:40 The Fit and proper leader must had gone through the 3 level of Spiritual growth. He or she must had bear the fruit of Holy Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance.”

When God asked Solomon of the things he could ask for, he asked for the right thing not for himself but for the people. “God said; ‘Ask! What shall I give you?’” I Kings 3:5

“So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?” 1 King 3:9

God is was well pleased with King Solomon’s request and HE said to King Solomon “I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honor, so that there shall not be anyone like you among the kings all your days.” 1 King 3:13

Asia Conference 2008 Benny Hinn – 7.30pm to 10.30pm

SINGAPORE, 22 NOVEMBER 2008

Benny Hinn started by asking What do we mean when we said that God is Holy? On the earth, there is no man that is Holy, only God is Holy!
So God is light and light expel darkness. Thus sinners is being expeled in front of God.
In order to have salvation, we must have 4 things:-
1.True salvation requires seeking face to face with Jesus (Seeking the Truth).
2.Personal revelation by the Holy Spirit.
3.Confess him as your Messiah.
4.Confess as Messiah openly in public.

Now is the time for the church to rise up, said Benny Hinn, and in the months ahead, the world will see some of the greatest miracles ever.
And the church is empowered to bring the light of God in the world as His anointing is rained down on His church. But, he said, there is a price to pay for the anointing of God. You must give up self and things that are dear to you. Look at the example of Bible script, story of a rich young man:-
Matthew 19:20-23 The young man said to Jesus, “All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?” Jesus said to him, “if you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and gave to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.” But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions. Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.”
My personal revelation from our Lord Jesus:-
Even as one has to be sent away to a far away place for mission, when the Holy said ‘Go’ You have to GO. Absolute obedience is so IMPORTANT! I had not forgotten the teaching.
1Timothy 3:4-5 said very clearly about Church Officials “one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence. (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?);
It is unlikely that God would sent you out on mission if you had not taken good care of your own house. By faith, we believe that God will sent angels to comfort, provides and protect the family while we are being sent away for mission. Didn’t Andrew, Peter, James and John immediately left the family to follow Jesus? The love for Jesus and for the people must be so great that you will not look back. All of them had manifested themselves in the great vision that Jesus had told them.
Matthew 4:19 “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
There are many who are slow or even reluctant to immediately follow Lord Jesus, thus their spiritual life enrichment is at very slow pace and worst off, many already suffered stagnation, “The dry bones!” Just look at the classic example of Elisha, he wasn’t make a Prophet until much later because he did not respond to God’s calling through Elijah immediately but delayed because of his reasoning.
1King 19:20 “Elisha left the oxen standing there, ran after Elijah, and said to him, “First let me go and kiss my father and mother good-bye, and then I will go with you!”
We have living example of Christians going on short term mission and even long term mission, away from the family and Lord Jesus had blessed them. I knew many Christians are still procrastinating on Lord Jesus calling because of this “guilt” of leaving the family behind. As I ponder upon this sensitive issue, the Holy Spirit spoke to me. “Look at how fortunate you are. Even you are away to foreign country, you are just a phone call away from your love one. You can also connect to them by email, video phone, VOIP gadgets and you have aircraft that can bring you to places within one day. Going away on mission does not necessary means you abandoned your family? Look at those old testament days, all the disciples don’t even have this privilege of modern day gadget to allow them have contact with their family members and yet they response immediately to Lord Jesus’ calling. Moreover, they walked thousands of miles to places under the hot scorching desert sun!” I have been writing articles about the important of having communion with the Holy Spirit, and showed the classic example of how Lot’s wife looked back (that means unwilling to give up past and materialism) and she died immediately, turned into pillar of salt.
I was very thrilled, when Benny Spoke the exact same message that our Holy Spirit had inspired me to write.
Click or copy to browser Increasing giving of tithe to the House of God. Read “Luke 14:26: If any man come to me, and hate not …. And yet put side by side with Lord Jesus, must be hatred.” WOW! anyway, what I explained were alot more milder 🙂

Benny Hinn said that there will be wealth transfer from the poor to the rich. He cites various bible scripts to show that it had happened in the old testament and it will happen again during this period of difficult time :-
1.Genesis 12:10 “Then Pharaoh gave Abram many gifts because of her sheep, goats, cattle, male and female donkeys, male and female servants, and camels.”
2.Genesis 26:12-13 “When Isaac planted his crops that year, he harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted, for the Lord blessed him. He became a very rich man, and his wealth continued to grow.”
3.Genesis 30:41-43 “Whenever the stronger females were ready to mate, Jacob would place the peeled branches in the watering troughs in front of them. Then they would mate in front of the branches. But he didn’t do this with the weaker ones, so the weaker lambs belonged to Laban, and the stronger ones were Jacob’s. As a result, Jacob became very wealthy, with large flocks of sheep and goats, male and female servants, and many camels and donkeys.”
4.Genesis 41:45-46 “So Joseph took charge of the entire land of Egypt. He was thirty years old when he began serving in the court of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. And when Joseph left Pharaoh’s presence, he inspected the entire land of Egypt.”
5.Exodus 12:34-36 “The Israelites took their bread dough before yeast was added. They wrapped their kneading boards in their cloaks and carried them on their shoulders. And the people of Israel did as Moses had instructed; they asked the Egyptians for clothing and articles of silver and gold. The Lord caused the Egyptians to look favorably on the Israelites, and they gave the Israelites whatever they asked for. So they stripped the Egyptians of their wealth!”
6.1 King 10:21-24 “All of King Solomon’s drinking cups were solid gold, as were all the utensils in the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon. They were not made of silver, for silver was considered worthless in Solomon’s day! The king had a fleet of trading ships that sailed with Hiram’s fleet. Once every three years the ships returned, loaded with gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks. So King Solomon became richer and wiser than any other king on earth. People from every nation came to consult him and to hear the wisdom God had given him. Year after year everyone who visited brought him gifts of silver and gold, clothing, weapons, spices, horses, and mules.”

Thus, this shows that God will always bless his people even in time of famine. Now we are having economic crisis everywhere but God being faithful will bless his people.
Benny Hinn said that anointment will come in 3 dimensions:-
1.David was anointed to win the War against the Goliath.
2.David took over the Kingdom by defeating House of Saul.
3.The anointing of Elisha by Elijah is the 3rd dimension.

Explanation of 3rd anointing. Threat force us to pray more. If you want to receive anointing, you must be called by the Lord. Elijah was called to anoint Elisha. For anointing to happen, you must be ready to be God’s warrior who knows how to wield the Sword and fight. God will not use the timid, God will use the fearless. If you want to be anointed, you must know how to plough the land. Thus then, Elijah place his mantle (stands for cloak of authority) over Elisha. You got to be placed under a mentor. You have to renounce yesterday in order to gain tomorrow.
Here is steps to receive total anointing.:-
1.You has to be called by God.
2.Must be a warrior.
3.Must run with no reluctant.
4.Must be a person who always pray.
5.Serve his ministries.
6.Never look back on past.
7.Serve the mentor. Elisha serves Elijah.

Before the miracle filled meeting started, the 9,000-seat hall gathered for a prayer meeting. Fifteen minutes was all it took for Singapore Expo Hall 8 to get filled up, with some attendees queuing as early as 7am this morning.
The crowd did not seem to deter some.
I feel great, and I hope I can bring something back for the church in Indonesia, said Johan Supit, from the GPDI movement in Sumatra.
Although we queued for a long time, it was worth it to get a seat here, and to be part of what’s going on, said Soon Sze Yin, 23, pointing to her seat in the hall.
Palpable anticipation hung in the air as churchgoers wheeled their friends and relatives in, who came expecting a miracle of healing
Throughout the four-and-a-half hour service, the congregation sat riveted, listening intently to Benny as he shared his revelations. Hundreds also filled the aisles to respond to his altar call for those believing for debt cancellation.
One of the highlights of the session was when Benny challenged the congregation to give S$1,500 as an offering amount to get a return harvest in 12 days, something that he has experienced every single time he gives a breakthrough offering amount of US$1,000.
As the givers wrote the phrase “debt cancellation” on the offering envelopes, Benny also encouraged the congregation to believe for a debt-free life in 12 months.
It’s not the amount that God responds to,”Benny emphasized, God responds to faith.”
Truly, without faith, it is impossible to please God, and healing testimonies soon ensued after Benny called out for healings. Deaf ears were opened, fractured ankles and knees were completely healed. These were some of the miracles that changed the lives of many.
Signs and wonders would be commonplace in the months ahead, said Benny. He also encouraged the congregation, especially the pastors, to be willing to pay the price for the anointing of God to carry out these miracles.
“There are times God will test our faith,” he said.
This eighth session of Asia Conference ended on a high. Angela Teo, 18, shared: “I was really encouraged by the sermon by Benny. I really believe God is raising up a new generation of believers and I am just so honoured to be involved in the end time harvest.”

There were some Prophency being mentioned. We have to go by the words of God.
Order of priorities with regard to calling:-
